AI Generation Studio provides mobile applications on Google Play. We provide number of applications on the Google Play and We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use, disclosure and protection of information regarding this application.

2. Information We collect from you

By installing this mobile application from Google Play, you are authorizing the application to collect, store, and use in accordance with this Privacy policy.

This app requests some sensitive permission to make the in-app functions work properly. Photos/Media/Files, Storage, Camera, and other permissions may only be needed for enhancing, editing, or saving photos or other media files with the application.

Camera permission: To access camera for clicking photos.

Photos/Media/Files permission: To get the photos or other media files to be enhanced or edited on your device as needed.

Storage permission: To save the enhanced or edited photos in your local media as needed. Please note that we never automatically obtain any photos from your device, nor will we save your photos on our server.

Only if you confirm the permission, will we gain access to your camera and photo gallery.

How do we handle face data?

We use artificial intelligence technology to automatically create highly realistic facial transformations base on the portrait photos user uploaded.

We use a third-party cloud provider (specifically Google Cloud, AWS, Runpod.io, Alibaba Cloud) as the server for image processing and editing.

Only the selected photos are uploaded to the cloud for editing.

Photos are temporarily cached on the cloud servers during the editing process.

Photos remain in the cloud for a very short period of 60 minutes after you have last edited the photograph, so that you can access the image and make additional modifications if you choose to do so.

We do not use the photos you provide for any reason other than to provide you with the portrait editing functionality.

3. Customer Support Correspondence

When you ask for assistance from our Customer Support team, we may collect and store contact information you provide (generally your name and e-mail address), as well as information about your usage of the application, so that we can appropriately respond to inquiries. We will also store the correspondence and any related information.

We Don’t Collect Information of Children

Our website and mobile applications comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and if in the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request, we will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information of such user.

Location Information

We do not use or collect your precise geographic location.

Our applications use several third party API providers for Ads and Analytics. They may use/store some of your usage and other data. The storage of such data is beyond the scope of this Privacy policy.
